1. Real Estate Today
Created by the National Association of Realtors, the weekly “Real Estate Today” podcast opens doors for buyers and sellers with critical information about the real estate market. Fast-paced and fact-packed with experts, interviews, call-ins, field reports and more, this podcast is the listener’s instant connection to the American Dream of home ownership. The hosts, Stephen Gasque, Melissa Dittmann Tracey, and Bill Thompson discuss timely news affecting the national real estate market. They also cover trending topics like smart home technology, buying a second home and advice for first-time buyers and sellers.

2. REconomy
REconomy is a podcast directed at consumers who are looking to learn more about homeownership and further understand the economic forces that influence real estate, housing and affordability. If you’d like to learn more about how mortgage interest rates work, how rates change and how economists make predictions about the housing market, this is a great place to start. The podcast is produced by title insurance company First American and hosts Mark Fleming and Odeta Kushi are the company’s chief economist and deputy chief economist. The podcast has thus far released monthly episodes, but the hosts plan to increase the frequency to episodes every two weeks.

4. The Real Wealth Podcast
One of the first podcasts on iTunes, The Real Wealth Show offers insights on the creation of passive income through real estate and how to avoid costly mistakes. The podcast was started back in 2003 and is hosted by Kathy Fettke, Co-CEO of RealWealth. She and other well-known real estate experts share their experiences, insights and tips for success.
